(c) talent_magnet_signal — 0-100 from employer-brand presence on LinkedIn Top Companies / Fortune Best Workplaces / Forbes World's Best Employers / Great Place to Work; rank-based mapping. (d) engagement_organic_quality — 0-100 from organic employee-generated content visibility (LinkedIn employee testimonials, Twitter/X employee mentions, dedicated press features). Each sub-signal MUST have ≥1 source URL. Server applies composite_signal_score.
