EXTRACTION RULES: Cite annual sustainability report + CDP Climate disclosure + Climate TRACE company-specific records. Return exact_numerical{value: <intensity_tco2e_per_M_usd>, unit: "tco2e_per_M_usd", source_urls: [...]}. Server applies inverted ratio_band (<50→90, 50-200→70, 200-500→50, 500-1000→30, 1000+→20). If {legal_name} does not publicly disclose a company-specific Scope 3 intensity (no CDP/CSRD/sustainability-report figure and no reputable third-party company-specific estimate — common for private/subsidiary/B2B companies), return type="absent" reason="not_disclosed" — never estimate, fabricate, or substitute a sector-average value.
