RRDReturn Rate

Product return rate disclosure for {legal_name} (% returned of total sold, latest disclosed). EXTRACTION RULES: Require an explicit company-disclosed return rate % from a primary source (annual report, 10-K/MD&A, investor deck, or named reputable trade source). Return exact_numerical{value: <pct>, unit: "percent", source_urls: [primary disclosure URL]}. An industry benchmark is OPTIONAL context only (any named reputable trade/research source) and is NOT required — do NOT bail to absent merely because a benchmark is missing, and never pad with an unrelated benchmark. Lower returns = better; the server applies the scoring bands. If the company does not disclose a return rate, return type="absent" reason="returns_not_disclosed" — never estimate or fabricate.
