Documented product recalls against {legal_name} in the last 5 years (CPSC for consumer products, NHTSA for vehicles, FDA for food/drug/medical device, EU Safety Gate / RAPEX, MHRA UK, national recall registries). EXTRACTION RULES: NEGATIVE-SIGNAL INDEX. Return enumerated_events (each event: date+url+severity+description with regulator + recall classification + units affected; FDA Class I / CPSC severe / RAPEX serious-risk = critical, voluntary advisory = moderate). MANDATORY: type MUST be "enumerated_events" — NEVER "absent". If you find 0 recalls after searching all registries, emit events=[] (empty array, valid enumerated_events) and cite at least one searched registry URL in _reasoning. For mega-cap consumer-electronics companies, CPSC, NHTSA, FDA, EU Safety Gate / RAPEX typically carry SOME documented recalls within any 5-year window (chargers, cables, batteries, accessories are common targets) — do NOT emit events=[] for a mega-cap unless you have explicitly searched each relevant registry and verified absence within the 60m window. Server applies event_count_inverse (0 events → 95, 1-2 → 70, 3-5 → 45, 6+ → 20).
