LPRLocal Press Reputation
Local-press reputation for {legal_name} in its primary geographic catchment (city / province / region around HQ). EXTRACTION RULES: Return composite_signal with sub-signals — each MUST have a value 0-100 + source_url. ACCEPTABLE SUB-DIMENSIONS (provide at minimum 3): (a) local_sentiment — store/HQ reviews on a major map/local-business directory near the HQ city OR local-review-platform listing aggregate; (b) community_engagement — count of company-published partnerships, sponsorships, education hubs, hiring announcements with the local community in the last 24 months (cite the company newsroom + local press article); (c) local_visibility_quality — citations from city / regional authorities (mayor, regional councillor, chamber of commerce) referencing the company; (d) local_news_coverage — articles in the company's HQ-region local press (the named daily / weekly newspaper of the HQ city or region — for instance a regional daily for a metro-area HQ, or a regional edition of a national paper for an HQ in another country) in the last 12 months. If no specific local sponsorships are findable but the company HQ has a top-rated presence on a major map directory with thousands of reviews, that ALONE is sufficient for sub-dimension (a) with a meaningful value. Always include local_sentiment as the first signal (it is almost always populatable for any geographically-anchored company). NEVER return absent for companies with a public HQ address. Server applies composite_signal_score (weighted mean).
