Documented layoff rounds at {legal_name} in the last 36 months (layoffs.fyi tracker, WARN Act notices in the US, Reuters/Bloomberg business desk, equivalent national press). EXTRACTION RULES: Return enumerated_events (each: date+url+severity+description with employee count + share of workforce + business unit; severity scales with magnitude — >10% of workforce = critical, named function-wide cut = major, single-site = moderate). List ALL or none. If no rounds found, return enumerated_events with events=[] (empty array) — DO NOT return absent. Server applies event_count_inverse.
