Major map / local-business directory reputation for {legal_name}'s physical store locations, with Trustpilot company-page as cross-source fallback. EXTRACTION RULES: Return rating_aggregate with one entry per location (platform="<map directory> - <city>" or "Trustpilot", score, scale=5, source_url, review_count). MANDATORY SEARCH PATH: if the company operates retail / branch / service locations (most B2C brands do), DO NOT bail with type=absent before having checked the locator pages. (a) For retail-heavy brands, sample ≥3 flagship stores by visiting their map-directory URLs directly — query a major map / local-business directory for "<company-name> <city>" for at least 3 major cities (NYC, London, Tokyo, Paris, Los Angeles are typical anchors). (b) For service brands, sample regional / national service-area pages. (c) If after exhausting the locator lookup zero stores yield a map-directory rating, fall back to Trustpilot company page only AND mark confidence=preliminary.
