Quality of {legal_name}'s customer journey across distinct stages: (a) pre-purchase research, (b) purchase experience, (c) post-purchase / onboarding, (d) ongoing support. EXTRACTION RULES: Return composite_signal with one sub-signal per journey stage (name = stage label + value 0-100 backed by Trustpilot CX scores / Forrester CX Index / Statista CX benchmarks / journey-specific review aggregates + optional weight + source_url backing that specific dimension). Minimum 3 sub-signals (3 of 4 stages); the 4th is encouraged when published evidence exists. Server applies composite_signal_score (weighted mean) — DO NOT compute any 0-100 score.
