CCSCrisis Response Speed

Speed of {legal_name}'s first public response to negative events (data breaches, product recalls, controversy disclosures, public scandals). EXTRACTION RULES: Return time_responsiveness with events (each: date = when the event surfaced publicly + response_at = first public company response timestamp + severity reflecting scope + url backing the event). Cite the original news / regulator notice + the company statement. Minimum 3 events for stable median. Server applies time_responsiveness_score (median lag → 0-2h=95 / 2-12h=80 / 12-48h=60 / 2-7d=40 / >7d=20) — DO NOT compute any 0-100 score.
