Negative fact-check verdicts on public statements by {legal_name} (Snopes, PolitiFact, FactCheck.org, Reuters Fact Check, AFP Fact Check, Africa Check) in the last 5 years. EXTRACTION RULES: NEGATIVE-SIGNAL INDEX — 0 events = good news = high score. Return enumerated_events (each: date+url+severity+description with the fact-checker name + verdict rating + claim summary; only "false / mostly false / pants-on-fire / misleading" verdicts count — true and mixed do NOT). If, after searching all listed fact-checkers, you find NO adverse verdicts in the last 5 years, RETURN enumerated_events WITH events=[] (empty array) and cite at least one search URL per fact-checker in _reasoning to prove you searched. DO NOT return absent / no_company_specific_data for a 0-event finding — that incorrectly maps to insufficient. Cite each searched fact-checker URL even when 0 hits. Server applies event_count_inverse (0 events → 95).
