Capital-structure composite for {legal_name} measuring D/E ratio, maturity stagger, and funding diversification. EXTRACTION RULES: Return composite_signal with three sub-signals — (a) de_ratio (value 0-100 mapped from raw D/E: <0.3→90, 0.3-1→75, 1-2→55, 2-4→35, 4+→20), (b) maturity_stagger (value 0-100 reflecting debt-maturity laddering quality: well-staggered = 85, lumpy = 40, single near-term wall = 20), (c) funding_diversification (value 0-100 reflecting funding-source mix: bonds + bank + equity + commercial paper = 85, bank-only = 40). Cite SEC 10-K + at least one independent source per sub-signal. If the company discloses no debt / capital-structure data publicly (private, no filing), return type="absent" reason="not_disclosed" — NEVER estimate or fabricate a D/E, maturity or funding-mix value. Server applies composite_signal_score — DO NOT compute any 0-100 score.
