SOURCE = the OFFICIAL disciplinary/sanctions registry of the competent professional regulator for THIS firm's jurisdiction AND profession — choose the appropriate body, the following are NON-EXHAUSTIVE examples: audit → PCAOB (pcaobus.org/inspections) or the national audit oversight authority; legal → the relevant bar association / law-society disciplinary registry; Italy → COB; and for OTHER regulated professions the corresponding national supervisor (e.g. medical/dental boards, engineering/architecture councils, financial-adviser bodies such as FINRA/FCA, actuarial/notary chambers).
