Industry events (trade shows, conferences, sponsored events, keynotes, owned-product launches) for {legal_name} in the LAST 12 MONTHS relative to today_iso. The window is STRICTLY RELATIVE: today_iso = 2026-05-21 means events from 2025-05-21 onward — anything earlier is OUT OF WINDOW even if it was the most recent event of its kind. EXTRACTION RULES: Count distinct documented events from owned event archives on the company's own domain (e.g. company.com/events or equivalent), industry trade-show exhibitor lists, conference speaker pages, sponsorship press releases — drop generic press mentions without a verifiable event URL. Dedupe at the EVENT level (one event covered by multiple outlets = 1 entry — cite the most authoritative URL). For mega-caps with annual product cadences (typically one or more owned developer/launch events per quarter): expect 3-6 owned events per year PLUS any sponsored events. Return exact_numerical{value: <event_count_12mo>, unit: "events", source_urls: [event archive / official invite URLs]}. Server applies ratio_band (0→20, 1-2→50, 3-5→75, 6+→90) — DO NOT compute any 0-100 score.
