Average fleet age (years) for {legal_name} (mean age of the operating fleet, in YEARS). EXTRACTION RULES: pick the named fleet-age source APPROPRIATE TO THE ASSET TYPE — aircraft → Planespotters / ch-aviation; ships → Clarksons / Equasis / VesselsValue or the company fleet list; trucks/vans → the company sustainability/fleet report; rail rolling-stock/locomotives → operator rolling-stock register / annual report. Universal fallback for ANY mode: the company annual report / official fleet disclosure. Return exact_numerical{value: <years>, unit: "years", source_urls: [...]}. ZERO-IS-ABSENT (CLAUDE.md #2/#4): if no fleet-age figure for {legal_name} is publicly disclosed, return type="absent" reason="not_disclosed" — NEVER return 0 (no operating fleet has an average age of 0 years; 0 is a not-found placeholder, NOT a measured value), NEVER estimate, NEVER substitute a peer/industry value. A genuine non-disclosure is reclassified to a clean not_applicable (excluded from coverage), NOT a top-band score and NOT an insufficient retry loop. Server applies INVERTED ratio_band (<5→90, 5-10→75, 10-15→55, 15-20→35, 20+→20).
