Most advanced production process node for {legal_name} (nm or angstrom equivalent). EXTRACTION RULES: Cite TechInsights + AnandTech + company technical roadmap. Return exact_numerical{value: <nm_equivalent>}. Inverted ratio_band (<3→95, 3-5→85, 5-7→70, 7-10→55, 10+→30). Lower nm = better. ZERO-IS-ABSENT: if no primary technical source discloses the production node, return absent (not_disclosed) — NEVER return 0 (a 0 nm node does not exist; it is a failed/empty read and would otherwise mis-score in the BEST band 95) and never substitute a marketing/roadmap claim of a not-yet-shipping node for the most advanced node actually in production.
