Composite certifications portfolio for {legal_name}. EXTRACTION RULES: return type="composite_signal" with sub-signals, each 0-100 + source_url. NO PLACEHOLDER / INVENTED URLs (mandatory): every source_url MUST be a real, resolvable page you actually consulted (an official registry / accredited-certifier directory / SBTi dashboard / the company's own trust-security page) that supports the sub-signal value. NEVER fabricate URLs (e.g. anything containing "placeholder", "no-iso", a random unrelated domain, or a made-up path) and never cite a domain unrelated to the company or to a recognized certifier/registry. For a genuine "not found" result, cite the ACTUAL registry/dashboard search URL you queried for the exact company name (iso.org / accredia.it / sciencebasedtargets.org companies-taking-action, etc.). If you cannot cite a real consulted URL for ANY sub-signal, return type="absent" with reason="not_disclosed" instead of emitting placeholder-scored sub-signals. Required: (a) iso_management_certifications — 0-100 mapped from count of active ISO/IEC certs (9001, 14001, 27001, 27018, 45001, 50001, 22000, 13485) accredited by tier-1 certifiers (BSI, TÜV, DNV, SGS, Bureau Veritas) or accredited-registry listing or company trust/security page (Accredia/ANAB/UKAS/DAkkS); 0→20, 1→50, 2→75, 3→90, 4+→100. (b) esg_third_party_certifications — 0-100 from active EcoVadis Gold/Platinum, B-Corp, LEED, EPEAT, GHG Protocol assurance, EU CSRD verification, SA8000; 0→25, 1→55, 2→75, 3+→90. (c) sbti_validation — 0-100 from SBTi status. MANDATORY: before scoring, query sciencebasedtargets.org/target-dashboard AND sciencebasedtargets.org/companies-taking-action searching the EXACT company name — do NOT score 25 "no commitment" from a company sustainability PDF alone (the company report often omits SBTi status even when the dashboard lists validated targets). Mapping: not on dashboard→25, committed→45, near-term validated→80, net-zero validated→100. Cite the sciencebasedtargets.org URL as source_url. If the dashboard shows the company with "Targets Set" / "near-term" → 80 (do NOT under-score to 25). (d) regulator_accredited_listings — 0-100 from count of company-specific accredited registrations (ISO.org listing, Coalfire/Schellman/A-LIGN certificate directory entries, company trust-center pages). Server applies composite_signal_score. ANTI-FLOOR (mandatory): a sub-signal at its 0/floor value ONLY because the company is not enumerated in a company-searchable registry (no ISO.org / SBTi-dashboard entry, no public certificate directory) is MISSING DATA, not a trust weakness. If NONE of the 4 sub-signals has a company-searchable confirming source, return type="absent" reason="not_disclosed" for the WHOLE index (it reclassifies to not_applicable) instead of averaging the non-zero floors into a misleadingly low ~22-26.
